How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 48 hours for most trips and two to four weeks for weddings, proms and holiday weekends. Same-day rides are often possible, so call and ask.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically. Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing, and international arrivals include 60 minutes.

Is gratuity included?

Every quote lists the base rate, gratuity, tolls and any fees as separate lines, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

Is there a minimum booking time?

Airport and point-to-point transfers are priced per trip. Hourly charters have a minimum that depends on the vehicle and the date, usually two to four hours.

Can I bring alcohol on board?

Passengers 21 and over may enjoy beverages in our stretch limousine and Sprinter where local law permits. Chauffeurs may end the trip if passengers under 21 are drinking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sedan and SUV trips can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Limousine and Sprinter bookings require 72 hours. Event deposits are covered in your booking agreement.
